What should you check before hiring a portable toilet provider?
Getting your event's restroom service wrong is one of the most visible mistakes, and one of the hardest to fix on the day. This guide gives you concrete criteria to evaluate any provider in Guadalajara and Jalisco, whoever you end up hiring.
1. Real fleet variety
A good provider doesn't offer just one type of toilet. Check that they have at least:
If a provider only has one model, they probably can't adapt to your event's real size.
2. Self-contained water and electrical systems
For events in open spaces — haciendas, gardens, open lots — ask explicitly whether premium units include self-contained running water and electrical systems. Without this, even the most luxurious-looking toilet won't function well inside.
3. Real coverage in your area
Confirm the provider directly covers your municipality: Guadalajara, Zapopan, Tlaquepaque, Tonalá, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, El Salto, or Tequila. "Coverage across Mexico" without local presence can mean longer delivery times and less responsiveness on event day.
4. Provable experience, not just promises
Anyone can claim experience with large events. Ask for real evidence: photos, dates, verifiable event names. At Luvory we document our real participation in Guadalajara's festivals and mass events — you can check our event coverage directly.
5. Installation, maintenance and pickup included
Service doesn't end at delivery. Confirm the price includes professional installation, maintenance during the event (critical for events over 4 hours), and pickup afterward — not every provider includes this by default.
