For events, the base industry rule is 1 portable toilet per 50-75 people over a 4-hour event (1 per 35-50 if alcohol is served), adjusted by duration. For fixed offices we use Mexico's NOM-031-STPS standard; for construction sites, the standard of 1 toilet per 10 workers per 8-hour shift.
