1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the rental of luxury portable toilets, trailers, VIP, presidential, and basic units offered by Luvory Luxury Toilets for events in Guadalajara, Zapopan, Tlaquepaque, Tonalá, Tequila, and other covered areas.

2. Quotes and bookings

Quotes sent via WhatsApp or our contact form do not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after mutual agreement on date, units, price, and, where applicable, the corresponding deposit.

3. Delivery, setup, and pickup

Luvory commits to delivering, setting up, and collecting rented units on the dates and times agreed with the client, subject to adequate access to the event location.

4. Proper use of units

The client is responsible for ensuring rented units are used for their intended purpose. Damage from misuse, vandalism, or negligence during the rental period may result in additional charges.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms are agreed individually per quote, taking into account cancellation notice and already-committed availability.

6. Limitation of liability

Luvory is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, access restrictions at the event location, or force majeure causes beyond our control.
